[edit] 1 History

Three Twins Entertainment, Inc. was founded in 2004 by John Elias. With various contacts in the entertainment industry, performers and industry alike, a creative decision to begin an entertainment related venture ensued.

By early 2005, Three Twins Entertainment was in business, managing the career Vickie Guillory & the Sugar Cats booking concerts throughout the U.S., Canada and abroad. Three Twins Entertainment was also able to obtain the rights to produce concept package shows in conjunction with several agencies.

At first, Three Twins Entertainment's founders planned to form a medium-sized, full-service entertainment organization that included a personal management division, a record label division and an event production / talent buying division. As the sole operator of Three Twins Entertainment, John Elias assumes de facto leadership; his use of outsourcing is described the company's corporate culture as a blend of Eastern philosophy and team leadership. Clients enjoyed the services of a sole contact person because at Three Twins Entertainment information was pooled. Work practices followed the company's 'core business principles': be a team player and return phone calls promptly. There was an endless stream of meetings and talk. Their founder was even quoted in a 2004 article. “Three Twins Entertainment, Inc. believes that the basic premise is that the company’s words must match its actions and be good and true. ‘You should be saying something when you are saying something’,” John Elias, President and CEO. Music is not just for music’s sake-it is intended to inspire people. “Our mission is to evoke a positive constructive message.”

[edit] 2 Revision, Re- Focus and Expansion

With its stable full of musical acts and the legions of contacts in the music, acting and modeling industry, the company’s, focus became less on label prospects and more on management prospects.

[edit] 2.1 Three Twins Entertainment, Inc. dissolved its record label division

The label, initially designed to produce and distribute recordings by Melissa Dori Dye, was dissolved in 2006. After dealing with her deliberate non-compliance including: not honoring production commitments, arriving late if at all to scheduled call times with recording studios, her own admitted refusal to market and promote her music with live appearances, and not conducting herself and her career with seriousness, professionalism, and confidentiality- Three Twins Entertainment made a business decision to sever ties with Melissa Dori Dye.

[edit] 2.2 Three Twins Entertainment, Inc. concentrates on Music management

With a roster of both signed and unsigned talent who is less capable of procuring work and more in need of artistic development to obtain work, Three Twins Entertainment decided to get more closely involved with all aspects of their clients' careers: offering professional advice and counseling, staging suggestions, creating a secure work environment, selecting material, easing complex negotiations, providing long term career plans, creating new opportunities and acting as a liaison between their clients and the theatrical agents, publicists, attorneys, business managers, and the like.

[edit] 2.3 Three Twins Entertainment, Inc. produces celebrity package shows

From the onset, Three Twins Entertainment considered talent buying and producing concerts at major venues. Three Twins Entertainment obtained the right to produce a doo –wop show, a 60s and 70s show, a Motown show, a funk show, a country show, and an R & B show. Each of these shows features several acts from the Three Twins Entertainment roster in one stellar performance.
